Donate your company’s retired laptops

Turn an office IT refresh into support for computer access and practical digital skills. Safina Relief Foundation reviews nationwide donations of retired company laptops, desktops, flat-panel monitors, and useful accessories. Individual donors are welcome too.

Pickup is free for accepted donations, with no later pickup charges. Equipment, condition, location, logistics, and current capacity are reviewed before acceptance and scheduling; an inquiry is not a confirmed pickup. Unsupported equipment or infeasible arrangements are declined rather than assigned a fee.

Prepare your fleet for a controlled handoff

Share non-sensitive counts, approximate age, condition, chargers, city, state, ZIP, preferred timing, and building-access constraints. Keep laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories in separate inventory groups. Do not send passwords, employee records, confidential files, or a full street address with an initial inquiry.

Complete internal disposition approval, remove accounts and management locks, and verify your organization's media-sanitization process before transfer. Safina does not promise certified destruction or guaranteed erasure. Review security and data-handling boundaries and equipment inventories and donation documents; a charitable acknowledgment after receipt is not proof of data removal or donor tax value.
